Job Summary:

Our growing communications business seeks a responsible, motivated Sales Representative to communicate with customers through phone and email, selling Rural Internet, Television and Home Phone Services.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional individual who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training for one week. We are a growing business with an evolving product and a large customer base, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. If you love interacting with customers and have a working good organization and computer skills, we can’t wait to see your resume.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Answer phone calls related to internet, television and home phone service inquiries

- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

- Develop an understanding of how our services operate and what options are available to customers

- Responding to Leads through follow-up calls & emails

- Scheduling installation and service appointments

- Assisting with some marketing initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

- High School Diploma, College Education considered an asset

- Retail and or sales experience considered an asset

- Must be organized and reliable

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment considered an asset

Wages

• 90 day probation starting at $16/ hour + commission.
• After 90 day probation starting at $17/ hour + commission.
• Annual raise of $1/ hour the first 5 years of employment.



Daily Commission for every new sale made is in a tiered structure.

• First 12 Sales per month pay $7.50 each.
• 13 + sales per month pays $10 each.
